Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Ponzini is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Douglas Elliman, based in Sag Harbor and serving the East End and South Florida. A New York attorney by training, she spent years handling real estate closings and title matters before bringing that same precision to brokerage — deep knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and the details of a deal that most buyers and sellers never see until they matter.

A Long Island native, Jennifer lives in Sag Harbor with her family and brings a local's knowledge of the villages, hamlets, and waterfront communities she works in every day.
